Having directed over 50 opera and theatre productions, I bring a unique, artist-centered perspective to executive leadership. I understand that creating resonant, world-class art and building resilient organizations require the same core principles: a clear vision, a collaborative spirit, and a deep trust in the creative process.
This dual expertise allows me to bridge the gap between artistic mission and strategic execution, ensuring that creativity flourishes while organizational goals are met. My approach is informed by my PhD research into sustainable solutions and self-reliance for the cultural and creative industries.
